Returns & Refunds
What we sell is our responsibility & pride since 2006!!
Our return policy lasts for only 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What can you return and when?
(a) You get a broken or damaged item(s)
(b) You get an item that is unique in relation to what you ordered
(c) You are not satisfied with your purchase (please go through below conditions) :
- We will refund the Product Value, Cart Value will not be refunded though.
- For return, shipping charges will be your responsibility.
- Pack the product and return it on the address mentioned on your receipt.
What items can NOT be returned?
(a)Items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
(b) Consumable items like turmeric, hawansamagri or any such.
(c) Bulky items like statues, paintings, heavy showpiece ,temple or mandir.
(d) Customization or customized boxes and items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the images to be sent immediately after opening(in case of broken or different product received) via whatsapp @ 9911177017 or email vhl@vaastuhappyliving.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your returned request is approved, then we will process the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refund will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive and process your return request. Usually, it takes 7-21 business days to get fully refunded. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at vhl@vaastuhappyliving.com if you still haven’t received your refund after 21 business days even after checking with your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our products go through complete three stage inspection before shipping . The packaging material used is the most safe & durable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vhl@vaastuhappyliving.com
You may return the product(s) within 2 days from the date of delivery. You can reach our customer support at vhl@vaastuhappyliving.com for better support.We recommend opening the products in front of the courier person , if possible.
Cancel My Order
Once the order is placed its very difficult to cancel it. It is impossible to cancel after 4 hours of placing the order. Message Us with your ORDER ID/Reason to Exchange or Cancellation.
